Vitals: how Human has defined the 5 verticals (physical health, exercise, mental health, nutrition, and sleep) towards a high performance lifestyle.


1. Physical health: this is the evaluation and determination of how the body is functioning. Each uncomfortable ache should be solved.


2. Exercise: fitness generally requires a combination of, heightened heart rate & flexibility. The heart rate should be elevated with action, throughout various zones of the session. Flexibility is all about yoga, stretching, and fluidity of movement. As a note, sauna has promising research; benefits being: elevating the heart rate, purifying the blood, removing heavy toxins through the skin, hormone release, etc.


3. Mental health: how well do your thoughts align? The interesting phenomenon here is that through networking the various vitals, one can identify, define, and elevate, their state of well being.


4. Nutrition: how are you able to solve that 1 + 1 = 2, simple right? The variables are defined. Reading Ingredient Labels is the absolute way to know what the answer is to your unique biological equation. Let us also realize then that water 💦 source is astronomical, knowingly that we are built on it cellularly. Upwards of ~70%. So think glass stored and mineral rich. Particularly make note of the health & wellbeing of any animal product: yes, there is also a cause and effect in relation to our own. Are those free range pasture raised sources? The components of electricity: is your mind, body, & spirit moving slower or faster?⚡


5. Sleep: sleep fitness is in. There is strong literature correlating to a proper wind down routine, and the following efficiency of the rest. Core components include: timing of last meal before bed, light & tech reduction hours, resting heart rate, and of course bed time.


Being aware of your curated environment, internally and externally, is the story of reaching into the past & optimizing the future. All the while enjoying the present.
